Very nice but no pool

The condo is very nice and you can tell it is new. The VRBO listing said it had a gym, hot tub and pool. There were none of these things. I called and inquired but did not get a call back. We thought maybe there was an agreement with the neighboring condos. The condo is located in a family friendly area.
