A delightful and comy 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condominium on Phoenix IV’s 12th floor. This cozy beach condo sleeps four and is just mere steps from the beautiful white sand beach.

Huge floor to ceiling windows in the living and dining rooms ensure an unencumbered beach view. Large balcony includes dining table and cozy Adirondack chairs.

Tastefully decorated living room includes a comfortable blue sleeper sofa, leather reclinrer, slide rocking chair, and a 50" HD smart television.

The beautiful, updated kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and white tile backsplash. This kitchen is perfect for preparing your catch of the day or a delicious breakfast before heading out to the beach. If you are thinking about eating out, the Phoenix IV has restaurants directly across the street!

Check in was easy. Staff on the resort were very nice and welcoming. We had most everything we needed in the room. Only thing I would say we could have used was a broom. If there was one, we did not find it. Microwave was a bit dirty from the stay before us. Other than that we had a great stay right on the beach. The view from the balcony was great.

Family for the fourth

Perfect for my crew! King size bed for 2 of us and the pull out for my teens. Only complaint I had, was that the curtain covering the door came down and fell on my youngest the first day we were there. What I could piece together was that it had been pulled out of the wall and then maybe propped back up on the other curtain rod? We just put it to the side for the duration of the trip. Everything else was in smooth working order. Clean and fit well for our July 4th beach trip!
