Cozy house with a beautiful large garden for an unforgettable vacation
The house is located in Orahovac on an approximately 3 hectare property in the Bay of Kotor (Bokakotorska) about 30 meters from the sea.
The stone house was built at the beginning of the 19th Century and was last renovated in 2012. It has a sunny approx. 70 m2 terrace and parking for two cars.
Many small pebble beaches offer you a unique bathing pleasure. They are ideal for children because the water depth increases slowly. Due to many fresh water sources, the salinity of the water is low.
The house has two floors. The living room, a kitchen with dining area, a 2-bed room, toilets and two bathrooms with showers are on the first floor. A small relaxation room, a 3-bed room and a 4-bed room are on the second floor. The house capacity is 8 people.
The house is equipped with two AC size 12 and 18 Btu.
In addition to the necessary cutlery and crockery, the kitchen is equipped with a stove and two refrigerators. There is a TV in the living room.
There is a public sports field for football, volleyball and basketball fans. High mountain peaks, which are part of the Lovcen - the largest mountain range in Montenegro - rise directly above the house. The mountain range offers many hiking trails as well as old Austro-Hungarian roads, fortifications, caves and abandoned villages. The most popular tourist attraction is an orthodox church from the 13th Century, which is built on a rock and has a unique viewpoint over the Bay of Kotor.
There are three beach bars in Orahovac and the famous fish restaurant "Stari Mlini". Together with the inviting residents, it will make your vacation pleasant and unforgettable. If you like nightlife, the historic town of Kotor, 8 km away, offers numerous clubs, restaurants and cafes. A bus runs regularly to Kotor. The trip to Kotor costs about 1 euro, a taxi about 7 euros.
