Vintage with modern touches by the sea

We are just two houses away from the walkway down to the beach. Our bach is a lovely 1920s cottage with French doors, large deck and 3 bedrooms. Separate lounge, combined kitchen/dining with french doors onto the deck. We have just undergone a significant renovation and updated the kitchen (including a dishwasher), modernised the bathroom, as well as new flooring in kitchen, dining, laundry and bathrooms and a full repaint throughout. We have big comfy modern sofas to sink into and new beds, and enough vintage bits to keep it all cute and eclectic. We also have a collection of NZ art on display. Arrive, park your car and walk everywhere...we are a minute from the village shops, movies, library, banks, cafe's and a short walk to the beach and playgrounds.

We are kid friendly and have a good selection of toys, books and dvds. There are two playgrounds nearby as well as a huge grass reserve with trees and also a public paddling pool by the beach which is very popular with all kids. We are fully fenced. Brand new gas fire and infinity hot water keeps everyone toasty and comfortable....
