This modern, newly built family villa is situated above the seaside resort of Opatija, near the wildlife park Ucka and northeastern tip of the Istrian peninsula. You are away from the town center of Veprinac in a quiet location in a residential area with scattered villas. On site you will benefit from the sunny and elevated position with stunning views of the Kvarner Bay, the island of Cres, Cres and Krk. This holiday home is ideal for a vacation of friendly families or groups of friends. On a floor space of 234 m2, located villa is the, built in 2012, on three floors. She received the authorization to four-star category by the Tourism Ministry. Isolated and difficult to navigate

We found ant infestation and cleanliness was not up to our standards. We left and found other accommodations. Hoping to get refunded

Belle maison à 15km d’Opatija

Grande et belle maison très propre et bien équipée, située dans la montagne à environ 15 km d’Opatija. A noter que la maison est mitoyenne donc les voisins sont très proches. Enfin l’eau de la piscine est restée trouble pendant 15 jours avec un seul passage d’entretien donc insuffisant mais nous l’avons signalé au propriétaire.
