Room quality don't match what is advertised

Not good. Rooms were two small. Though in the confirmation letter it was promised to provide one double bed and one single bed in the room, on first night no single bed was provided. One guest had to sleep on the floor.

Need to keep up as per the standards shown.

Hotel was booked for four persons while only one double bed was available. Toilet articles has to asked everyday. Two towels at the disposal of four persons for two days, also soap. something which has to be viewed seriously by the owner/Expedia. Front desk person and room boy were prompt whenever asked for their help.

An average experience

I planed ooty trip just 3 days before so could not find any better hotel. Food in the hotel is not good. They gave us old towels but arranged 4 beds in one room in the best possible way as that was our requirement. hot water will come only in the morning 7-9 am . over all ok experience

Conveniently located near to the railway station

This is conveniently located very near to the railway station (less than 200 meters). and other budget hotels for breakfast and dinner. Also homely food is served in the room. They also arrange tourist vans (Rs.150/- per head) and cars (Rs.1200 for indica) for sight seeing.

It was an horrible and cash threatening way of handling the customer. We have been to this hotel and found the surface was totally mess and we have to wait for the room to get cleaned.. We where no were satisfied by the room occupied and booked through expedia because the room was not as expected and it was waste of my money spent overall.
