The house itself was pretty nice. The yard was great for dogs. The host was not super responsive. I contacted the host in the morning to make sure having 3 dogs was cool since it just said dogs allowed in the listing. Told them their ages and breed. About 8 hours later I still didn't receive a response so I just booked it since I needed a place. Checked in super late and first thing in the morning received a message that the owner said I have large dogs and needed to pay a pet deposit, so I paid it. Not a big deal but i told them I had dogs in the first place. The owner uses the attached garage so you can't use the driveway. The owner was at the property almost every day doing yard work. I opened the back door to let the dogs outside at 7am in my boxer shorts and she's standing right there moving sprinklers. Of course they barked since there's a random person there and she screamed and ran into the back garage. Every time I saw here she didn't say hi, how's your stay or anything like that. She just had a scowl and acted annoyed that I rented her property. Should probably put in the details that the owner is going to be lurking around the entire stay. I left the house in the same condition and there was no mess to clean up.
