I always love to stay Residence Inn, but this time I was so disappointed. This hotel has not been up grade for a long time. I saw the chairs worn out and the carpet seems old and dirty.

Two things were poor. First, initial navigation to our room at night was confusing, buildings and signage poorly thought out. Front desk lady made a half-hearted stab at explaining it by pointing at paper maps but it wasn't until I got outside that I realized this facility is something like a dozen different buildings. Signage was stupid small. We heard other people comment on it. Second, there were three small, rock hard pillows on the bed. This was a surprise, I hadn't experienced this in a hotel anywhere in the country in the previous 40 years. Sleep was poor. I won't be back to this hotel. Sorry to trouble you: hope you can fix this stuff.
