Staff was nice and overall looked good. The third floor smelled bad. We got new beds because there were stains on the original ones. The breakfast area was super cold too. I do believe the sheets and stuff were cleaned but just had stains. The little yogurt machine with toppings was actually really good too.

We stayed over New Years and it was great. Nice rooms, courteous staff and a nice breakfast. We also took a break in rhe hot tub and it didn't disappoint. Warm pool area is nice when its snowing on the otherside of the glass.

The room was very cute. Everything was fresh and clean. Front desk and cleaning staff were kind. The breakfast was subpar - no fresh/warm foods, and bagels were dry. The bed was ok but the pillows were awful. The vent in the bathroom sounded like a freight train.
