Nurse conference trip

Came for nursing conference. Staff assisted due to travel to stay extra day and stay in same room. Staff very pleasant and facility very clean and comfortable! Will definitely stay again.

The drywall and wallpaper are falling off the wall in the bathroom. The desk has been damaged and has not been repaired, and there is no table next to the chair in the sitting area of the room. This room should not be rented in the condition that it is for a Marriott

Good comfort very noisy lots of young kids

$20 a night is ridiculous for parking especially considering how big your lot out back is and not downtown area. Also these sports teams are allowed to run around and have kids screaming down the halls with no respect for anyone else these people need to take care of their kids can believe the staff does nothing to prevent this

Pay to park money grab.

This was an odd experience. There were signs in the lot to pay $20 for parking. When I asked if my car would be towed if i didn't pay, the response was no. I asked, why would I pay? The response was "l don't know" ... I didn't pay.

The property as a whole was mid. Having to pay for outdoor parking at a hotel, I have never had to do in all my years of traveling for work, which is 30 years, all over the world. Absurd. Pay for parking was huge turn off. Meal and beverage prices amount to gouging your customers, $22 per person for breakfast for what I ate which amounted to 3 eggs and 5 pieces of bacon…absurd. We went off site for all other meals including breakfasts. Won’t stay there again, will not recommend.

Valentines Day Saved!!

My boyfriend and I spent Valentines Day/Night here and it was lovely!!! My boyfriend accidentally dropped and broke our bottle of "Pinot Grigio" during check-in and a gentleman (he was African American. I did not catch his name) that worked there, promptly replaced it and wished us a "Happy Valentines Day!" It really made our night!!!

. My fault i booked Marriott in the same area a year ago and i liked it. This property was nice but had serious flaws. Check in and ask about the parking signs in the lot. Why wasn't this included in price of the room. Separate company is over this. $18 and its not covered or valet. Why? Its basically a motel parking lot. Climate control was lousy. Single digits temps outside but couldn't get the room cool. Having togo downstairs for ice. Thats silly.

It was a very nice hotel, everything looked great and clean. I didn't see the fine print when booking that parking was a seperate price of $30 a day. The room was failrly inexpensive, this may have been the reason why.

$30/night for parking

So I missed the fact that parking was $30/night. I really don’t see the need to pay for parking unless it’s a parking garage or possibly located downtown. We come to Omaha a few times a year and we won’t be staying here again based on that. The hotel is nice and the staff was pleasant.
