Most helpful when we could not get the electronic key board to work - even when she was with her family in a vehicle. A couple of things were missing: only 1 fork, 1 teaspoon, 1 tablespoon. The toilet paper holder was missing. We would have liked a table to sit at. The space was very clean and up to date. Entryway was dirty/a bit intimidating. Obviously they are still working on improving the rentals. Overall we were pleased to have spent time there.
