Worth the price

The bathroom flooded in our first king suite but the staff changed our room immediately! Other then that it went smoothly, only thing I can say is the rooms need a paint job and updated plumbing, But we had an amazing time!

We asked for the top floor for the view. The room was not the cleanest. There was cake in the elevator spread all over. The room itself was outdated and needed improvements. It was a nice stay.. Breakfast wasn't kept up and when we went down there, there was not any warm food.

There was a long hair on the edge of the bathtub. Peeling paint on door, scratched up tub, and no hook or bar to hang anything up. No clock either. Needs serious updating...

The tub/shower was so nasty I didn’t shower. The bathroom sink had toothpaste spray of multiple colors on the wall, mirror and faucets, I assume from multiple people. It appeared above the bed and bathroom door boogers were flicked and stuck…I am not kidding.

The lobby had mud on the floor, the entire lobby was old and not well taken care of, and the rugs were filthy. The room wasn't clean and we found toenails in the carpet. No coffee packets were provided. The tub was in such bad shape, it was painted over to cover the scratches but the paint was coming off the "repairs". The maid tried to clean our room 2 hours before checkout. We will never stay at this Comfort in again. No lights were on in the parking lot which was very unsafe.

Room was not clean nor safe. Bathtub was severely chipped, toilet was gross even after requesting housekeeping. Smoke detector was yanked from the wall and bare wires were showing. It was a place to sleep and had a hot shower.

The regular front desk staff are very nice. Probably the reason i have stayed several times. But my last stay will be my last. Everytime, and i mean that literally, everyrime i have stayed i have had to request to switch rooms. This last time is because i needed a room with a frig and even though they switched my room there still was no frig. TV quit on me mid show. I had to fix the running toilet myself. Someone was testing pool water when i wanted to swim. Breakfast was pretty much shut down even though i came before 9am (and thats too early to close btw). Scary, drunk people in elevator. Its inexpensive, but too cheap for me.

Disappointing Stay

I having been staying at this location for a few years now. It has went down hill. The knobs on the bathtub fall off. The border in the rooms are coming away from the wall. The handle off the bedroom suite I slept in came right off when I tried to open the door. They are now renting weekly night stays and there have been some questionable people hanging out in the parking lot and lobby.

The hotel has great potential! Our key cards didn’t work most of the time, even after getting new ones. They had a club in their downstairs bar on Friday and Saturday night that brought quite a crowd- I wish we would have known sooner because we had 5 kids with us.

Power was out at my place, I got a room with my young twins. I saw a roach run across the room with all the lights on. So dirty and front staff was not even surprised!! Contacting Expedia with pics of bug and roach poop. STAY AWAY if you care about cleanliness.
