Great place
The 2 bedroom apt was perfect size and fully furnished along with starter pack of essentials for cleaning needs. Broken fan and no window screens put a damper on the hot days and evenings that we were there. Buy bug spray for mosquitos. Need updated frying pans. Otherwise it was a great place to stay.

Overall, a huge disappointment.
The property gets high marks for the view of Palisades at Tahoe, but that's where it ends.
We chose this property because it offered separate bedrooms, BBQ grill, and a functional kitchen complete with cookware/utensils.
The property was clean. However, we were disappointed when we discovered there was no BBQ, as stated in the description. We brought our own food, and it all was predicated on having a grill to cook on.
We attempted to cook with the cookware provided. The cookware was two small skillets that were warped and had handles that were about to fall off.
We brought our own coffee, sugar, and cream. The property had a coffee maker that didn't work. I'm pretty handy, and there was nothing I could do to get it to brew a pot of coffee. So, I had the pleasure of driving down to the local 7-Eleven every morning and buying mediocre coffee.
The next let-down was the fact that the balcony that faced the view of the ski resort was completely devoid of any furniture to sit on. So...we're supposed to just stand out there? No BBQ, now no chairs??
It was hot when we visited, mid to high 80s. There was no A/C (to be expected), but there were no screens on the windows or sliding glass door. When we opened them in the evening to cool the place down, literally dozens of insects invaded the space. We had to keep the windows closed, and we barely slept because it was like an oven in there.
Finally, the beds were uncomfortable and squeaky. Avoid!!
