• 800 square feet with two bed zones, two bathrooms and a living space with kitchenette, all in a two-story open studio space.
• Downstairs is a Queen Murphy Bed.
• Downstairs are the living space, kitchenette and Queen Wall bed. The living space has a new sofa (a queen sleeper sofa) and loveseat, television, and DVD player. Upstairs is a queen bed, bathroom and TV.
• The kitchenette is equipped with cooking utensils and a full refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, stove top and oven. The dining table seats six.
• There are two private bathrooms. The lower-level bathroom has an oversized tub/shower.
• The Studio Loft Condominium accommodates 3 to 6 people.

This mountain view, two-story condominium features a spacious open floor plan, with a blend of living, dining, and sleeping zones. It comfortably accommodates up to six people with two queen beds on separate floors and a sleeper sofa.

The condo is upgraded with a granite kitchen counter and tile bathroom, cabinets and new sofas. It has a wooden coffee table and dining table all with an updated light and airy character.

The main floor bedroom area has a full-size Murphy Bed that creates more space for other activities. Adjacent is the dining zone that seats six with a beautiful wooden table and Windsor dining chairs.

The living area has a new sofa (queen sleeper sofa) and a loveseat, both with mountain views. This spot invites you to unwind and gather with your family and friends to share the tall tales and laughs of the day.

The décor has a natural, warm aesthetic with wooden accent furniture, creating an atmosphere that helps you relax and unwind.

The kitchen has granite counters, and plenty of what you need including a stainless-steel sink, hot water dispenser and a ceramic cooktop. It also has a full refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. There is also an oven to ensure you can take care of all you need. The appliances are new, and all fixtures are stainless steel. The kitchen is thoughtfully set up to cover all your culinary bases, to help you easily accommodate the crew.
Upstairs the loft is enjoyable and relaxing with a queen sleigh wooden bed, matching tables, and big bookcases. The upstairs bathroom is completely upgraded with new titles and a walk-in shower.

Enjoy the mountain view out of your condo windows anytime of day. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee or enjoying some après beverages, this outdoor view is a beautiful escape.

The location provides a short stroll to the Village for dining, après and shopping. In the summer it is a quick drive to several nearby Tahoe golf courses, the Palisade Tahoe Lodge pool is a big favorite and, if that is not enough there are other innumerable fun activities in Olympic Valley and North Tahoe. Do not forget, while in Olympic Valley you are just six short miles away from beautiful Lake Tahoe.

In the winter you are at the center of all alpine activities. You are sitting on Palisades Tahoe’s slopes, steps from the chairs and base-to-base gondola to Alpine. If snowtubing, snowshoeing or Nordic skiing are of interest, they are all nearby. On-site amenities include a large gym, steam room and sauna, plus indoor and outdoor hot tubs.

Mountain conditions, lift operations, and opening or closing schedules fluctuate with weather and are determined solely by Palisades Tahoe Resort – a different company altogether. Palisades Tahoe Lodge Rentals and Granite Peak Management do not oversee mountain operations. Refunds or re-booking are not available for weather related travel issues or resort closures.
