With its floor-to-ceiling windows, the domicile has a breathtaking view of the Gallinera Valley, the Marjal Oliva Pego Natural Park and Denia with its Montgo mountain. On a clear day you can see as far as the island of Ibiza. The pool with Roman staircase is located on a 1,000 m² plot, surrounded by fruit trees, a lawn and a flower garden. Surrounded by plantations, you will perceive the scent of oranges in bloom. The house also has a pool house (with shower and sink).

La villa en soi est superbe ,une vie magnifique a couper le souffle .Petra a été réactivé ,on. 'est très bien compris malgré la barrière de la langue..bon accueil ! Ce pendant les frais annexes ( ménage 120e, consommation électricité ?! 60e pour une semaine ,c'est énorme ) et nous dire qu'il fallait faire la vaisselle mettre nikel la cuisine alors que le ménage de fin est obligatoire et facturé facturation du linge de lit très cher selon moi Autre point négatif l'entretien de la piscine quasi inexistant il aurait fallu qu'on nous laisse ma perche pour nettoyer les insectes et au bout de trois jours piscine sale ,trouble alors que nous l'avions signalé De plus une voiture est indispensable. Car la villa se trouve en hauteur dans les montagnesMagnifique séjour cependant ! Villa fabuleuse ( attention piscine profonde dès l'entrée dans l'eau commence à 1m40).

Price quality ratio is not good. No air conditioner exists. Too many mosquitoes. The roads to the house were not decent.
