Apartment by the sea in Playa de Oliva, with capacity for 4 people, in one of the best beaches in the Valencian Community. The apartment has two bedrooms and a bathroom, kitchen in Office and a terrace facing the sea. It has free Wi-Fi, air conditioning with heat pump, 40 "LED TV, satellite TV with reception of German, French, (TNT), Italian, Polish, Dutch, Russian, etc ... We also have a toaster, capsule coffee maker, Italian coffee maker, microwave, washing machine and Combi refrigerator.
Oliva is a small city in the province of Valencia. It is famous for its gastronomy, its magnificent beaches with protected natural spaces, its tranquility and its typically Mediterranean temperate climate.
The climate is subtropical-Mediterranean (Köppen climate classification: CSa), with more than 230 days with maximums exceeding 20ºC. Winters are mild and summers are warm. 2 Maximum temperatures during winter range between 16 and 21 ° C while maximum temperatures during summer range between 29 and 33 ° C.
