The exterior area is fabulous thanks to the great shared chlorine pool that sizes 30 x 15 metres and has depth from 0.5 to 1.9 metres. You will also find a children pool of 0.5 metres water depth. After a cool dip tou can relax at the private terrace which is equipped with a table and 4 chairs where you can spend lovely evening with your loved ones.

The apartment is quite comfortable and helpful since its features a great space that comprises the kitchen together with the living and the dining room. It also has one bedroom and a renewed en-suite bathroom with a tub.

The modern kitchen offers a ceramic hob and it is equipped with all needed utensils to cook during your vacation. The living room boasts beautiful views to the terrace and then the mountains and it comes with a comfortable sofa bed and a TV. If you are travelling with your baby we can prepare a cot and a high chair. Finally, the whole accommodation is equipped with air-conditioning.

Located just a few minutes away from the beach and about 2.2 km away from the golf course of Oliva Nova, this apartment is perfect for those who love an active way of live being, at the same time, in a peaceful and in a family atmosphere. The place offers all basic services for an independent stay including supermarkets bars and restaurants.

The pool is open form June 1 to September 30.
The pool opening hours are: from 9 am to 3 pm and from 5 pm to 9 pm. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Please note that the keys to access the property will be in a mailbox at a nearby petrol station. You will receive the coordinates of the petrol station and the details of the mailbox three days prior to your arrival. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 1 cars. Please note that the opening and closing dates of the communal pool are subject to community regulations and may vary depending on the season, without prior notice.
