Não espere a qualidade de um Mercure!

- PONTOS NEGATIVOS Bar & Restaurante - PÉSSIMO! PÉSSIMO! PÉSSIMO! O valor de um cheese burger é de R$25. O pão é ruim (parecia pão amanhecido), a carne é ruim (sem gosto) e o queijo é difícil de achar! Nós usamos 4 saquinhos de maionese e de ketchup só para poder comer e engolir o lanche, já que a fome era muita e estavamos cansados para sair. Pedimos um espeto de carne bovina. Eu nem me lembro a última vez que devolvi algo, mas dessa vez tive que devolver o espeto, porque a carne era muito dura, impossível de mastigar! O café da manhã é cobrado R$39 por pessoa e acredito que seja administrado pela mesma empresa-pessoa do bar, portanto preferimos gastar menos da metade desse valor e ter um excelente café da manhã em uma padaria da cidade. Vocês precisam URGENTEMENTE rever quem presta o serviço de alimentação pra vocês! PROCESSO DE CHECK-IN - Horrível! O processo é demorado e ficamos quase meia-hora esperando o processo ser finalizado. Isso porque não havia ninguém na fila e na nossa frente. Foram literalmente mais de 30 minutos para gerar 2 cartões de acesso! COMFORTO - Travesseiro ruim, cama péssima, toalhas horríveis (daquelas que esfolam a sua pele), ar condicionado velho, televisão pequena. Tudo é muito ruim. Não vá a esse hotel esperando comforto! - PONTOS POSITIVOS Staff - a equipe é legal e algumas pessoas da recepção são simpáticas. Piscina - a piscina é boa Espaço - o quarto é espaçoso

Foi bom, recomendo. quarto bom e limpo. Cafe da manha deixou a desejar, poucas opcoes e sempre as mesmas. Bastente atividades na piscina, time de recreacao sao otimos, mto bom. Precos dentro do hotel sao abusivos, tudo mto caro!! Lado bom e que fica ao lado do parque Thermas dos Laranjais.

Adoramos o hotel!

Me hospedo no hotel há anos com a família, porem com o passar dos anos sentimos que ficou abandonado, e cada vez que visito, deixa mais a desejar. A comida dessa vez, não estava boa como sempre foi, nem em sabor, nem em variedade de opções no buffet. Existe um andaime na recepção que todas as vezes que visitei, desde 2017, está lá no mesmo lugar. Quanto aos quartos e à limpeza das unidades, sempre mto bem feito! Adoramos o hotel e gostaríamos que se mantivesse a qualidade que sempre nos fizeram optar por ele!

Estadia no hotel

O quarto que ficamos foi o sem vista, mas não por escolha própria e a forma de como isto era decidido não ficou clara. Tomamos 3 cafés da manhã onde em 2 deles tinha somente as coisas básicas e somente o terceiro era mais completo. Em um jantar que resolvemos fazer a refeição no hotel e a comida estava bem salgada. Apesar de tudo a localização é ótima e os funcionários são extremamente respeitosos e educados

A acomodação superou as expectativas. Muito confortável e espaço. O estacionamento é grande, porém nenhum tem cobertura, chuva e sol será um problema. O café da manhã não estava disponível dentro do hotel, tivemos que pegar uma van, apesar da rapidez, queixa da comodidade ter que sair do hot para tomar café ( acho que estava em reforma o restaurante, não sei ao certo).

Infelizmente, nossa experiência no hotel não foi das melhores. Nao foi feita a limpeza do quarto durante 3 dias de 4 dias que meus pais ficaram hospedados. Além disso, no momento da reserva, não fomos informados de que precisaríamos utilizar uma van para nos deslocarmos até restaurantes na cidade para o café da manhã e o jantar. Isso foi um grande problema, pois estávamos com pessoas idosas que possuem dificuldades de locomoção. A informação sobre a mudança na administração do restaurante do hotel deveria ter sido comunicada com antecedência, para que pudéssemos nos planejar melhor. O hotel poderia ter mais transparência nessas questões para evitar transtornos aos hóspedes.

1 Km de distância entre hotel e restaurante

Café da manhã ficava há 1 quilômetro de distância do hotel. Levava cerca de 10 minutos o deslocamento de carro para ir, mais 10 para voltar, isso exigia que acordássemos mais cedo para essa locomoção. De van do hotel levava mais tempo, decepcionante. Na estrutura do hotel existe espaço para restaurantes, mas não servem café de manhã lá.

O hotel é lindo por fora, mas por dentro precisa de manutenção. Pontos positivos: cama, roupa de cama e banho, piscinas, área da piscina agradável, entrada direta para a Termas de Laranjais. Pontos negativos: repor cobertores (a largura é muito menor do q de solteiro), banheiro com piso manchado e a agua subia dentro do box, manutenção no piso dos corredores, bar da piscina tb precisa ser melhorado, assim como o telhado desse bar. O pior foi saber durante o checkin q o café da manhã era fora do hotel. Tem van pra levar e buscar, mas nao gostei de saber disso só no checkin. Não estou conseguindo adicionar fotos.

e bom mas pode melhorar

as acomodações são otimas , porem referente ao cafe da manha e janta não fomos informados na hora da compra que seriam feito de fora do hotel isso atrasa a programação, o cafe da manha no primeiro dia foi feito externo fomos de van e voltamos, ja no segundo dia servido no quarto porem com muito atraso mesmo ligando e solicitando por varias vezes na recepção no terceiro dia ficamos esperando das 07:30 ate as 09hs liguei 03 vezes e nada como estavamos compressa pois tinha que deixar o hotel as 10hs pagamos a parte e depois na recepção deixando a chave fomos informados que havia tido um problema com a entrega do cafe e que tinhamos que ir buscar o box no local indicado a janta e um voucher para comer no restaurantes da cidade não é ruim mas isso poderia ter sido explicado ante de fechar o pacote

Pontos positivos: Piscina, e fácil acesso ao Parque aquático, dentro do próprio hotel. Pontos negativos: Falta de dedetização, falta de higiene, elevadores mal conservado, atendentes mal preparados, café da manhã fraco e sem variedades, é servido num salão em outro endereço, se perde muito tempo para o deslocamento. O restaurante fechado. Todas tomadas 220V. Tem potencial, mas não é bem aproveitado. Precisa de uma reforma. No geral, não gostei. Não voltaria lá.
