The property was clean, tidy, modern, well equipped and looked ideal.
However on arrival we found that we did not have any hot water and the air conditioning (a 120 euro extra cost for nights only) was not working in the lounge. The other air conditioning units were in the bedrooms and we therefore did not have any cool air in the living rooms. Our evening meals had to be taken either outside [which was cooler but attracted the insects and bees] or in the dining room which was very hot and sweaty. The grandchildren were scared of the bees and our meals were therefore hot and sweaty events. The repairman was booked for Mon/Tues but did not arrive until Thursday, told us the processor was broken and would not be fixed until after we had left. The plumber also arrived on Thursday and put a fix in place. The timer which controlled when hot water was available had broken and was stuck on the off position. He bypassed this and we had hot water for the last two days
Whilst these types of problems can occur, we were disappointed that it took so long for them to be seen to. We would expect a couple of days but 5 seemed excessive. It was almost the ideal stay but ruined by the issues found on arrival.
