For Rocky Gap to be classified as a resort I was very disappointed. The jacuzzi and pool area was unkept. You couldn’t bring food for other restaurants. The restaurants at the hotel had limited food choices. There for Christmas and nothing to do not entertainment the decorations was minimal. I just think for a resort fee more amenities should be offered.

That’s my only complaint; I was sick during Christmas Eve and Christmas, vomiting the whole night and ask for cleaning twice different days and never goes to clean the mess! For the other things we have a glad stay! The night before check out somebody help me!

The room was clean, the remodel was good, not excellent. For example, caulking around the toilet was done by an amateur. The room smelled good, and I was overall satisfied with the stay.
