room very small, no place to lay anything. Kettle available for making coffee, but you would have to do this on the floor,. shower good have to lower a plastic screen for privacy as the toilet and shower is separated with plain transparent glass also very small.

The highlight of my stay was the amazing and friendly staff/team who went above and beyond to accomodate every request. They were so welcoming and pleasant every time we came back after a long day of travel. Location was AMAZING- could not be better. Would definitely come back. Price was also great.

Really loud. Needed ear plugs to sleep. The property was also rather run down and the shower had hair all over it and didnโ€™t drain peoperly. We left the last night to stay at a better hotel.

Hotel Hanoi Royal Palace provided us with a very good accommodation experience during this trip to Vietnam. They paid attention to every detail, providing us with local travel advice from check in, and accompanying us and contacting the taxi driver when checking out because the night market blocked the street. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and made us feel so welcome. The hotel is 100% prefect service that I never experienced before, especially Mrs. Angela offered the kind, patient and carefully tourist and shuttle arrangements for our big 14 people family. We really appreciate her great assistance. We also thanks Miss Jennie, she always answer and solve all of our tough questions, when our family member lose the medicine, she automatically offer the solutions for us, Iโ€™m really appreciate her prefect service. Other their member also kindly to service us with smile. I believe this hotel has a great management and training system. The hotel is located at great place, it close to a busy tourist zone, easy to enjoy food, beer street and shopping, but very quiet at night. No doubt, this hotel definitely will be our next choice again.

The service here was top notched and everyone was very friendly. Even though our flight was delayed by one day due to rasaga typhoon in Hong Kong the hotel staff Jennie, was able to accommodate us and work with our new schedule. They also helped us plan our tour in ninh binh. The morning breakfast buffet was good as well. The location here is convenient for tour pick up and centrally located for food. We got the balcony room and it was a pleasant experience to be able to enjoy the view outside. Overall, we had a great experience and would stay here again in the future.

Reception staff are outstanding - efficient, friendly, extremely helpful, and so ready to provide any information or service you might require. The hotel is right in the middle of the Old Quarter, which is a great location. Breakfast is included and varied. We stayed in two different rooms (due to an overnight trip to Ha Long Bay mid stay), 402, and 701, both lovely rooms.

Location in Old Quarter is fantastic. Breakfast was excellent with vast buffet of coffee/tea, pastries, fruits, fresh salads, and entree-level dishes like chicken, fish, fried rice, cooked veggies, banh cuon, as well as fresh omelet bar and pho. Water kettle and coffee/tea in the room. Staff exceptionally attentive and helpful.

Excellent staff. Very helpful in organizing tours, but also helped out with fixing on of our bags and helped when our daughter had a fever and had to go to the hospital. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Thanks a lot Ms. Jennie and colleagues.

The hotel staff headed by Jimmy was the most professional, accomodating and sincere staff I have ever met. They genuinely showed concern for the safety, well being and enjoyment of me and my family. That besides the fact that the hotel was centrally located in the old quarter and a stone's throwaway from all of Hanoi's attractions. How we wish we could have stayed longer!!!!

My family was impressed by the high quality and personal services provided by the managers and all the hotel staffs to us during our recent stay in Hanoi. The room was good size and the managers went all out to help us with our itinerary, purchasing out train tickets, arranging for tours etc. This made our stay in Hanoi the most memorable one.

stayed here for a couple of days in the end of Jul and was an extremely pleasant stay. I had informed them about my hubby bday beforehand to see if they can plan a cake or something... and they not only planned a cake, decorated our room but also upgraded us, this was just the start of this experience. At all times, their communication interally was so strong and everything was taken care of so well, plus their breakfast is good.. their guidance and tips are helpful, always the conversations were so great and such a welcoming place. Its situated very well and near to the main centre, walkable to the street shopping and Hoan Kiem lake. Rooms were clean and nice.
