C'est juste dans le vieux quartier. Quand vous sortez, il y a des restaurants. Un que je recommanderais est 4Ps, qui est un endroit pour pizza et pâtes. Puis, à quelques pas, il y a des boutiques de rue où vous pouvez acheter des souvenirs et quelques articles.

it is right at the old quarter. when you go out there are restaurants. one i would suggest is 4Ps which is a pizza and pasta place. then a few walk away are street shops where you can buy some souvenirs and stuff.

Royal Palace Hotel has become now our favorite hotel when visiting Hanoi. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Thanks to Linh for arranging us the wonderful Halong Bay tour, to the lovely lady that cared so well for our breakfasts, everyone made us feel warmly welcome and taken care of. The rooms are well clean and scented, the beds are comfortable to sleep in and the food at breakfast are delicious, with great options for both Westerners and Asian guests.

Prostě dokonalé! Zůstali jsme zde právě potřetí během dvou týdnů a už plánujeme brzy se vrátit znovu. Tento hotel má opravdu nejlepší servis vůbec! Milujeme každého zaměstnance – jsou prostě nejlepší. Dokonce nám povýšili pokoj a překvapili našeho syna sladkostmi na letiště. Poloha je perfektní a každý pobyt působí jako návrat domů. L'hôtel Royal Palace est devenu maintenant notre hôtel préféré lors de nos visites à Hanoï. Le personnel est extrêmement serviable et amical. Merci à Linh pour nous avoir organisé l'incroyable excursion dans la baie d'Halong, à la charmante dame qui a si bien pris soin de nos petits-déjeuners, tout le monde nous a fait sentir chaleureusement les bienvenus et pris en charge. Les chambres sont bien propres et agréablement parfumées, les lits sont confortables pour dormir et le petit-déjeuner est délicieux, avec de superbes options pour les clients occidentaux et asiatiques.

Very good hotel located right in the middle of Ha Noi, Old Town. Close proximity to everything, many restaurants close by; only 5 minutes walk to the lake. Excellent staff; everyone was so friendly and very helpful. Very good breakfast with freshly made to order food: pho, omelet, eggs... The beds were big and comfortable. Even though the hotel is located on a busy street with a school across the street, you could barely hear the noises when you are in the room. Good shower with strong pressure and hot water. Management were very helpful and they helped to book transportation for us to get to the airport. On our last day, we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel (after we checked out) and explored the town for a few hours before we went to the airport.

Hotel molto buono situato proprio nel centro di Ha Noi, nella Città Vecchia. Vicinissimo a tutto, molti ristoranti nelle vicinanze; a solo 5 minuti a piedi dal lago. Personale eccellente; tutti molto cordiali e disponibili. Colazione molto buona con cibi freschi preparati su ordinazione: pho, omelette, uova... I letti erano grandi e comodi. Anche se l'hotel si trova su una strada trafficata con una scuola di fronte, in camera si sentivano a malapena i rumori. Buona doccia con forte pressione e acqua calda. La gestione è stata molto disponibile e ci ha aiutato a prenotare il trasporto per l'aeroporto. Il nostro ultimo giorno, abbiamo potuto lasciare i nostri bagagli in hotel (dopo il check-out) ed esplorare la città per alcune ore prima di andare all'aeroporto.

Het personeel was geweldig, vooral Linh en de dames bij de receptie. Ze hebben een paar moeilijke situaties vergemakkelijkt, waardoor onze stress werd verminderd en alles soepel verliep.
