Loved our stay here! The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond for us. The rooms were exceptionally clean and new. Amenities were great, shower was hot! Great location right in the old town. Very close to the popular “Beer Street”, which meant there was a lot to do nearby - we couldn’t hear any noise from our room at all so slept very well. We would definitely stay here again!

The staff was welcoming at the hotel and explained about the hotel, Hanoi, nearby areas to roam around in detail. They also provided us with a map for our convenience. Emplacement ! Je ne pouvais pas demander un meilleur emplacement. À distance de marche de toutes les zones touristiques. De nombreux restaurants et bars. L'hôtel est petit mais agréable. Je pense qu'il n'y a que trois chambres par étage. Les chambres sont grandes et spacieuses. La réception est ouverte 24/7. Le massage était 10/10. J'ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour et je recommande définitivement cet hôtel si vous cherchez un bon hôtel dans une rue animée.

The staff was excellent. Very helpful and prompt. The hotel is not what you see in the pictures. The bed was hard the sheets and toewls need to be replaced. They look filthy. You have to walk up a flight of stairs to get the elevator so if you have knee problems or need wheelchair access this hotel is not for you. The pictures on the website do not properly portray the size of rooms or lobby. I again want to mention how wonderful and helpful the staff were.

The staff at Royal Palace hotel is very friendly and kind, theyre extremely helpful with recommending places and accomodating to our different needs. They were also very fun to talk to and a big assistance in arranging our transport from place to place. Our hotel room (with balcony) was spacious and comfortable. The room was very clean and made for a good rest after a long day of exploring. We stayed at the Royal Palace Hotel for 6 nights. We arrived very late, so it was a relief to be seen to so quickly to get to our rooms. There were four of us with 3 rooms. Breakfast was included with our room, and it was more than sufficient, something to please everyone. Our rooms were very spacious, comfortable, clean and tidy, none of us could complain. The hotel is situated in a pretty convenient spot, plenty of shops and historical landmarks within walking distance. The big drawcard for us was the staff, so completely friendly and helpful, nothing seemed too much trouble for them. We would all definately stay here again next time we visit Hanoi.

They are very helpful nice and honest. They are hundred percent customer oriented. They really know how to make you satisfied. The staff at the hotel were very helpful, allowing us to check in early and shower in one of the spare rooms late as we left. They helped us book additional activities and gave us a map of the city. Angela was a very helpful member of staff also. The hotel rooms and breakfast are basic but very good for the price. Would recommend!
