Staff were amazing and accommodating. Rooms were clean. Location is good a quiet side street and only a few metres to the main hustle and bustle of Hanoi. Breakfast was super tasty. You were able to order off a menu and cooked fresh. I was lucky enough to tasty their home made pineapple jam in my pancakes, OMG Delicious!!! Highly recommend this hotel for travellers. We are a family of 4 with teenage kids.

The family room was clean and spacious. What made our stay very welcoming was the staff, in particular Jasmine. She was very willing to assist us with directions, suggestions and tips for an enjoyable stay in Hanoi. Had we known before we booked excursions that she would have assisted with tours and such would have graciously utilized her services as a travel agent.

The location of the hotel in the hustle and bustle of the Old Town was excellent for us. The spectacle of the busy streets, shops, bars, food outlets and night life was really amazing. Plenty of sights to see for the 3 days we were there. The Hotel was of a decent standard, clean, pleasant breakfast and the staff were super friendly and efficient Jasmin was exceptional in the time she gave us to help and advise sorting out our trips, transport and accommodation for our onward journey.

Lindo Hotel en el centro de todo.

Todo funciono a la perfección, los chicos en la recepcion muy amables y atentos a la necesidad del huesped. Me arreglaron todo mi traslado desde Hanoi a Cat ba y fue todo 100 % correcto. El desayuno esta muy bien para empezar la mañana y la ubicacion es excelente.

Wonderful small boutique hotel in the heart rid the Old Quarter. The staff is amazing and so helpful. We were able to arrange a wonderful day tour through the front desk.
