Staying in the busy heart of the old quarters, you have to be prepared for windows looking into brick walls or dark areas. This hotel is well located and the restaurant and facilities are very good. Rooms we had both had windows looking into dark walled areas so no outlook but well set up so no complaints.

Great rooms and excellent service

A superb hotel, located in the old quarter but inside the hotel the noise disappears and it is wonderfully quite and peaceful. We are demanding travellers in our forties, key thing to note is that the service from all staff in this hotel is exemplary, the front desk team jack, Stephen, jane, Tracey and Roy were truly excellent and very helpful, volunteering information and assistance often without being asked Highly recommended

Brilliant staff in a busy location.

Service and attention to detail! The staff at this hotel cannot do enough to make your stay smooth and pleasurable. The tours booked through Essence are high quality and recommended. Can be crazy busy in this part of the Old Quarter, but handy if you want to get a cheap beer.
