No hot water or heat.The outside temperature was in the forties.No tv and the bathroom had mold in the shower

When we arrived the room was very cold, attempted to turn the heat on in the main living quarters it did not work, it only worked in the bathroom, the bathroom light flickered continuously, there was a razor blade laying on the floor behind the bathroom door, the tv did not work as it appeared there was no internet or WiFi onsite
