This is a $3m beach front property that sits on Maine's most beautiful beaches. Two Bedrooms, 1 1/2 bathrooms, spacious living area. Beautiful hard wood flooring throughout. Windows everywhere, open floor living, dining and kitchen area. Air conditioning, 2 Queen beds in one bedroom and another queen size bed in the other. Twin size day bed can be set up in second bedroom. Spectacular ocean views! Located 0.7 miles from downtown Old Orchard Beach. Carport and rear property parking available for up to 4 vehicles. An ideal property for one or two small families or a small group of friends to enjoy each other's company in this open floor plan, exquisite beachfront property.
For everyone's safety and protection of our property we have installed one surveillance camera on the outside of the property only. This camera was installed to the side of the property, located 15 yards away from the entrance door across the carport. The camera faces the entrance door, carport and driveway. It records people as they approach the house. The camera's range is approximately 100 yards. If you have any concerns about our outdoor surveillance system feel free to message me.

Blissful Beach Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay in Old Orchard. The beach was 10x nicer than we expected. Waking up for sunrise was a treat. The condo is spacious and loved having the windows open for the ocean breeze. We were able to grill lobster. Beds upstairs were super comfy. Better sleeping on the couch than the couch bed as the couch bed is terrible at best (there’s plenty of room on the couch). Kitchen is very sparse. Pick up all essentials in town (coffee, plastic wrap/foil, paper towels, paper cups, condiments, etc). We were surprised to find very few cups and had to run back into town to buy our own. The few downsides of the property are outweighed by the good. If we’re ever in Maine again, we’ll be back.

Clean and modern, with a great deck to view the beach and ocean, and plenty of room for a group of people, I'd recommend this property to anyone.

Clean property. Towels were left in the dryer and clean dishes were left in the dishwasher, which I see as a cleaning service issue. Unit did smell strongly of pizza when we arrived but we could also smell coffee from the adjoining unit so it may have been from them. Condo/hotel units nearby that are higher than this property can see in bathroom windows because there are no window coverings. I didn't realize that this property was 3 levels with numerous stairs, which made it difficult for an older family member. Looking back at the pictures, I can see that there are multiple floors, but it would have been helpful if I had read that in the description.

Beach respite
