The farmhouse is equipped with a family size dining room, eat in kitchen, window seat and a full terrace with a beautiful view and comfortable furniture. The terrace overlooks a large architect designed swimming pool as well as an all weather tennis court a short walk down the hill. Organic greens are available mostly year round from a local farm next door as well as seasonal vegetables (www.FallsBrookFarm.com.) A community art studio offering workshops and studio time is just a short walk away (www.SterlingCityStudio.com). May through October on Saturdays historic Tiffany Farms (https://www.tiffanyfarmsct.org) offers local raised beef and hosts a farmers market featuring a variety of CT. grown and produced items.
