The living/dining room is a generous 50 square meters and features an open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV with a flat screen. This space also provides access to a balcony and terrace. The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a shower and WC on this level. On the top floor, you will find three bedrooms. The first bedroom has sloping ceilings with a ceiling height ranging from 145 to 290 cm and a rooflight. It is furnished with a double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), a shower/WC, and a TV with a flat screen. The second bedroom also has sloping ceilings with a ceiling height ranging from 145 to 290 cm and a rooflight. It is equipped with a double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 210 cm), a bath/bidet/WC, and air conditioning. The third bedroom is 20 square meters and features sloping ceilings with a ceiling height ranging from 145 to 290 cm and a rooflight.
