This cosy holiday apartment on the island of Čiovo is located in the popular holiday resort of Okrug Gornji, just about 150 metres from the sea. It is situated on the first floor of a well-maintained house with multiple apartments and offers space for up to four people on 45 m². Ideal for families or couples looking for peace and proximity to the beach.
The apartment consists of two bedrooms - one with a double bed and one with two single beds - as well as a bathroom with a shower. The living and dining area has a fully equipped kitchen with a four-plate stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, kettle, and dishes and cooking utensils. A dining table for four people, SAT-TV, and air conditioning ensure comfort on holiday.
From the dining area, you can directly access the covered balcony, which is oriented towards the southeast. Here you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and let the sunny hours of the day fade away in a relaxed manner. The balcony is equipped with seating furniture, a parasol, and a clothes horse and is available for private use.
The house has a communal garden with seating and a barbecue that can be used by all guests. A private car park is located directly on the property. WiFi, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Pets are welcome, however an additional charge per night will be applied.
