Bathroom lighting could have been brighter, bathtub floor was slippery, needs strips on floor to help from slipping, there was a rail on the sidewall which was a help. Sorry to be charged an additional $5 because I was told I booked on Expedia, I went on Hotels.com app, so won’t be booking with you anymore. Won’t change because it is all true! Don’t post if you don’t want to.

NO DO NOT BOOK....I booked a room. I misunderstood the pet arrangement. I called within 5 min of placing my order. The staff member was rude; made it clear it was not her problem it was my problem and expedia's. I advised her no one would be able to stay and to communicate with her team. She did not, she listed us as no shows. I went through the motions in hope that the management team would understand and help me some way. Either a free new stay or half back at minimum. NOPE I thought wrong, the manager was rude too. Now yes, the manager got nice towards the end of our talk, and I even communicated now that's how you deliver bad news and how she should teach her team to do so moving forward. BUT overall, it was a horrible experience. as a business owner myself that understands things happen and it is best to help not steal, I do not agree with the way they operate. The manager and staff claim they could not BUT even corporate said it is up to the location's decision. So, they are either low on customers desperate for money OR straight cold and mean. I have had this happen in 2 other locations over the past 2 years that I have and will honorably support because they understood and helped me resolve a circumstantial situation. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. THEY ARE NOT GOOD PEOPLE.

I did not stay. I booked this reservation for a cousin that was driving from California. She was going to continue her trip the next morning to Dallas. We received a call that a family member had a stroke. I called to cancel due to the circumstances. My cousin did not stay. I will not use this service again. Things happen in life. The manager never returned my call, the 3 agents that i spoke with were rude and disconnected the call.
