Outside parking behind the hotel, on the side and in the street and it was ok. Check in was Easy and Millie the young man who checked us in was wonderful. The lobby was nice and clean, with fresh water waiting for you. Our room was small, along with the bathroom. It was our fault but we thought we had to Queen beds but they were two full sized beds, but we made it work. The bathroom vanity is very small and you can not have much set out on it. They Shower head had green build up on it. The decor is retro and classy in the room. Bedding and pillows were fine. We had a balcony, the sliding door framing was rotting and paint peeling around it, but that is just aesthetics. We went out our room to look for ice and their was a door that said ice right across from our room but the room/rooms were empty and creepy. We went down to the pool for a swim and found a gate to go to our cars and it doesn't lock, so anyone can get in along with the outside doors are just open and you do not need your key to get in. The pool setting is very nice but the pool water was a little mercky. You have to call for new towels or coffee pods, which I did and it never came, we had to go downstairs to get them. Overall, the neighborhood was very nice and close to food and shopping. I would say its pricey for what you get. 3 star, not a 4 star.

Please renovate

The hotel was probably extremely nice several years ago; however, it is in dire need of some updating. The air ducts in the room were extremely dirty. There was paint chipping all over the trim of the hotel itself and within the room. The internet service in the hotel is terrible and the lamp plugs in my room did not work at all. To top this all off, it was over 100 degrees in OKC this week and the hotel A/C was out the first night and did not function at full force for the balance of my stay.

Bathroom shower not kept up with, stains on carpet, bed was moist (maybe from cleaning but still feels uneasy), did my usual check for bed bugs and did not find any thank goodness but did find loose hairs under the fitted sheets, and AC did not work well. Just didn’t feel very clean. Very pretty if you don’t look closely and i loved the aesthetic of the place. Very nice and welcoming staff. Maybe i just had a not so great room, everything else was great to be around.

The room is nice but has many maintenance issues—the lighting is out in the bathroom, the tub does not drain, the room smells musty, and most importantly, the A/C does not work. The hotel seems understaffed, and what staff are available are not attentive. We have received no communication on the A/C, even though we are experiencing extreme heat and reporting it several times. We also requested a fan, water (room was not cleaned and refreshed today), and all was promised, but have not been delivered. The room phone does not work / is not answered either. All has become a bit frustrating for a weekend getaway. Another point of irritation is that the TVs are not smart TVs and offer no streaming or casting options. The channel selection is very limited.

While our linens were clean and comfortable. The property has obviously seen better days. The carpet was worn, the walls were dingy. The lighting was minimal making the room very dark and hard to work in.

Wonderful hotel for couples!

It was great! The hotel was beautiful, the service was wonderful, and we will definitely stay there again if we’re in town again. The bed was comfortable, the view of downtown was great, and the location was really easy to find. There is an onsite bar that looked nice. And the lobby has free infused water available for guests.
