Check in went well, and the host was attentive when there was no hot water in the upstairs bathrooms. The space is perfect for large groups. There were a few drawbacks with this location. The carpets were not vacuumed, and the floors were not swept well. There were not enough towels for the number of guests. There were no bathroom washcloths or hand towels. The two back doors were nearly impossible to get out of. In the kitchen we were greeted with dirty stinky dishes in the dishwasher, no extra trash bags, and no kitchen hand towels or kitchen washcloths. There was one used roll of paper towels, which was tough because there was no kitchen hand towels. One of the kitchen table chairs had only three legs, and we are grateful we found it before someone got hurt. The handsoaps were nearly empty and not working properly. Oh the value of the little things. The pool table was so fun to have, and the swimming pool was a blast. We want to say again, that the host was quick to reply and we are grateful.

This was our second stay at this property. The first time there was an issue with the house not be cleaned before we arrived which the owner promptly got on top of but we had to wait for them to finish which was an issue. However, we ended up getting snowed in the day we were supposed to leave so they were very understanding and allowed us to extend our stay. Because of this we wanted to give them another chance since we come to OKC every year for volleyball tournaments. While the house itself is spacious and offers ample bedrooms, there are some issues. The upstairs is constantly too hot and even when the air conditioning is turned on it's freezing downstairs and still hot upstairs. Upon arrival the electronic lock did not work and continued having issues throughout our stay. The coffee pot had leftover coffee with very visible mold on top so who knows how long it was there. We were told that the hot tub and pool were heated at no extra charge but on both trips they never worked and were not heated even when requested.

The house was nice and accommodating. I did not have good communication with the owner. We stayed Friday and Saturday, I messaged him on Thursday and asked if there was anything we needed to know. Friday morning came and still no response, I messaged him Friday morning at 9, and he responded at 11 that he would send me the code to the house by 2. Check in is at 3, luckily the cleaning lady was there to let us in at 3:10, as he did not send me the code until 5 PM.
