This property looks nice in the pictures, it's anything but. There were roaches, stains on the bedding, black mold in the bathroom. And there's no one in the office all night and they don't come back till 10 am. Literal crackheads walking around the hallways tweeking. When i called after i left to speak to a manager i was told the manager wasn't there and would return in 1-2 weeks. When i asked for they're name so i know who to speak to i was told they couldn't give me their information and then was hung up on. Honestly the place is a health hazard and I'm shocked that the health department hasn't shut them down. Would love a refund from them at this point cause it was that bad!

Upon my arrival the check in the worker was coming out the door getting into his car I told him that I come to check in he stated that he has something else to do he did not have time and he proceeded to get into his vehicle and he left I waited on him for an hour to return which he never did I got dropped off I was stuck in the parking lot

Room was disgusting, drugs in the busted ac vent, room smelled like Marijuana and cigarettes, and there were bugs on the bed. Did not stay, was not a safe environment for myself and my children. I checked in and paid a $20 deposit, went in the room, seen all of the above issues, and walked right back out got my deposit and left. Called hotels.com to get my refund and was denied. WILL NEVER USE HOTELS.COM AGAIN! Very disappointed.

Though we had already paid we still had to pay an unexpected $20 deposit. Upon entering our rooms we found no towels or washcloths in either rooms and none were delivered or given by front desk. No phone service offered as there were no phones in the rooms. After trying to turn the TV on we found that the TV service box had been taken out of the room and even though the front desk was informed nothing was done to remedy the situation. Only had sheets and pillows on the bed. No blankets were offered.

Can’t complain for pricing overall been here almost a month not bad at all just wish my reservation would show I work over nights so when I hear the knock at the door it’s little unexpected due to prior paying and reserving but overall it’s not that bad for pricing!!! I appreciate the stay!

Could not get my deposit returned to me. Attempted 3 different times and kept getting the run around. Initially upon checking in I was given a room that appeared to be rented already because there were clothes and duty towels. After switching rooms the room I was given did not have a phone, no comforter on the bed, and looked like it hasn't been cleaned in a minute. Bugs also present. Stay away!

Wish I had a refrigerator microwave to make a little bit easier instead of having to buy the food by the day. I can buy a couple things and save a little money but besides that the stay all right, can’t wait to complain for a decent price that gives I just got me an air fryer and a cooler and put some ice in it.

Overall stay alright had little trouble during re. Checking back in I work over nights so I had just went to sleep from dropping my kids off at day care so I can can get rest for the park and hear a knock at the door for checking out but I already had paid in advanced for two weeks so was little cranky for the MIs communication and being woken but over rall I haven’t seen any roaches yet so I cannot complain I appreciate the welcoming arm to me and my children

I never went into the room. After checking in and driving to where my room was there were two 98lb crackheads fighting in the parking lot. And if that wasn't bad enough a guy was sleeping in front of one entrance and there were two derelict vehicles in the lot. I just got the hell out of there and told the front desk I wanted my money back and he said I needed to go thru Hotels.com to get my money back. I'm thinking you can keep the money and I'll just delete your app from my phone and use Expedia! Oh and the pool was empty.
