Our stay was unfortunately not great. We booked this property specifically because it was close to Thunder game with parking and we were told there was no parking available upon arrival. We had to park in some sketchy free parking lot since all garages were only accepting Thunder parking passes. Upon return to hotel from game the tv was not working and we were told cox would be out to fix it in the morning (which doesn’t help us during our stay).

Great concert going hotel

My brother and I stayed here because of its close proximity to the nearby Paycom Center to attend a concert featuring country music legend Alan Jackson. The hotel itself was great, room was spacious, very clean, and the mattress was very comfortable. So thankful for a working heater, it was really cold during our stay. Breakfast buffet was also nice with a nice selection of food and drinks. My only two complaints is that we didn’t get into our room until a hour after we arrived and parking was absolutely ridiculous. I understand that there was a concert in town and there was a lot of people checking in, but I think that since this is a Marriot hotel they would be more prepared. The lady at front desk was very nice and kept us updated on our room status. Their lot on site was fully booked and the only available parking was in an old unsecured gravel lot across the street on the other side of the train tracks. I didn’t like walking in the cold and walking past homeless people under the bridge. Lucky, my truck was safe the whole time. Overall, it wasn’t bad. Recommend staying here if you are going to an event at the nearby Paycom Center.

Room was not available at check in at 3:30pm. Staff was rude and not accommodating. Stated no parking available, had no Silas to where we could park. No coffee in room supposedly they had no clue where house keeping kept it. Did not get in room until 5:45pm. Had tickets to Alan Jackson and we were late because room wasn’t ready for us to get ready. Never offered us water or snacks while waiting in bar area for room. For a 200.00 plus night hotel motel6 has better service. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BOOK THIS HOTEL.

They were very busy tonight due to a concert down the block with Alan Jackson. The normal parking lot was already booked so we had to use the parking garage across the street and wait to unload. It worked, just time consuming.

More rooms than parking spots

This hotel has more rooms than parking spots. When checking in I was told that I wasn’t going to be able to park on the property. So having to park at nearby parking garages I had no in and out privileges so the parking fees added up. So if there’s an event going on near by check in as soon as possible to get a spot.

My sister and I stayed the night after the Trans Siberian Orchestra. The hotel was walking distance from the concert venue which was perfect for us because we are rural people and driving in the big city scares the (insert poop emoji here) out of us. The room was nice and clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Sister dropped her sunglasses on the way out, called the hotel when she realized she didn't have them. The staff had found them and they will be mailed back to her. They deserve ALL the stars.
