The only issue was some of the guest had a strong marijuana smell on them that lingered in the hallway but otherwise the hotel was very nice. Which this issue is really out of the hotel staffs control.

Booked a King Suite room and paid for it in advance in full, which was confirmed in advance if stay - see my reservation details. But when I checked in I was instead given a small studio room and told the hotel is full, and that it’s my only choice for a room and nothing can be done. Unacceptable. I want a refund. Contact me.
