LaToya night reception was rude and very unprofessional. She was on her phone while checking us in. She also charged both I and my boyfriend card because she said one decline yet we have the same pending charges on our separate account. Other the that we had a great stay

Better signage to Main Entrance near road would be nice. We were very pleased with room and stay. Breakfast was excellent. Very Fair room rates.

the staff was super nice. Even the lady yelling at everyone at breakfast. She was just making sure everyone was getting their omelettes. Breakfast had a huge variety. The two stars is because the rooms! We checked in at 4pm and put to 62 degrees because it was hot when we entered. After 8 hours when we came back to our room, it was still extremely hot. They do not have “hand soap” but they have a bottle of lotion to the wall. They also have face bar soap but no hand soap. 🙃 The water pressure goes in and out! And if you’re sharing the hotel room with someone the hot water is gone before the second person showers. If you hate that one ply toilet paper, bring your own. Our toilet seat was broken. Our mini fridge and the chair at desk area were dirty. The “heated” pool, is not an actual heated pool only the room is heated and feels gross. Upon arrival of course we checked the beds for any buggies. Thankfully did not find any but under the mattress was dirty with stains on the mattress.

The hotel is so beautiful and the breakfast menu was super delicious it wasn't boring breakfast. Alot of options. The room was spacious clean but the bed is to hard but everything else is perfect. We had a great time staying there.

Desk staff were very courteous and helpful. Compared to other hotel complementary breakfast, this one was exceptional. Facility infrastructure seemed to be well maintained. The kids loved the pool. The only negative was the pull out bed for the children was not comfortable.

This was a clean and comfortable property. Far enough out from downtown that it feels less busy but still close enough to everything with a short drive. Would stay again
