The first thing we noticed was the entire hotel reeked of marijuana both inside and outside. It was like we couldn't get away from it no matter where we were on the property. Even the hall and our room smelled like it. There's a good amount of homeless people in the area (not on the property itself) but they kept to themselves and were not a bother. The elliptical machine was broken in the workout area. The hotel seemed cleaned and the staff was friendly.

Okay, but it's a little tired

This used to be a much nicer part of town, but the neighborhood and the hotel are both showing their age. The room was comfortable enough, but I had to do a little work on the commode. I'm sure maintenance would have come and fixed it, but I wasn't willing to wait on them to get around to it, so I just did it myself. The place just needs to be refreshed.
