I only gave a 3 star for cleaning because I stepped on broken glass on the carpet and cut my toe. The carpet wasn’t vacuumed. The magnifying mirror was broken in the bathroom. We had a balcony room and it was very nice and beds were comfortable. We would stay again.

Adequate Hotel

It was a convenient location for our three day getaway. It’s not the most updated hotel and could use a little sprucing up. For some reason we got a handicap room and there was about a foot of space to walk on one side of the bed next to the windows, not sure how that works for handicap. But it was very roomy as we had a suite.

Checking in took way too long. They had no luggage carts, and the employees could not have cared less about my plight (lots of bags and no way to get them from my car to the elevator without leaving them unattended). I wanted to go look for a luggage cart but was told that “the stairwell is locked, we don’t allow guests to use it”. Nevermind the safety aspect of that - but it made it very difficult to look for a cart!
