The receptionist was very friendly and helpful but the hotel itself was not very well kept and lack of cleaning was very visible.

I booked this airport Marriott in order to use an early shuttle to the airport, but there is not one as advertised. Property is run down and there is very poor lighting approaching the hotel making it difficult to find at night

Horrible stay

The lady who checked us in was not friendly she wasn’t able to tell us when breakfast started, she acted as if she didn’t know anything! The room we stayed in the bed was not made, it looked like someone checked out and housekeeping never came. This was my husbands birthday, and it was ruined.

At no fault of the hotel and staff but Expedia indicated they had a restaurant and free 24hr shuttle which was not the case. Area looks ok just not a lot of guests for sure. Hotel room was clean and beds were comfy.

Great hotel, but no breakfast

Front desk staff was incredible. They made it easy traveling with my 92 year-old mother. My only criticism was the lack of free breakfast. They charged $15 additional for breakfast and the cafe is Starbucks affiliate. So not even free guest coffee in the lobby. But it was offered in the room.

Nice staff and comfy bed.

The people who checked us in were very professional and nice. The bed and shower were great, but it looked and smellled old. Taking the carpets out would do a lot for the look and smell. The location was good for the airport and Cracker Barrel. The area right across the highway was scetchy at night, but the one next to the hotel was better.

Easy check-in. I got to the hotel after midnight, because flying in so late. Was surprised the door was locked and the lobby dark. They had a room key scanner, but then i noticed a button to push to enter. A guy came by and checked me in. All was good.
