The room had ants around the tv set, hair in the bathroom floor and NO hot water in the evenings. We had hot water in the morning but none at night to clean up for bed.

Hotel itself was fine, came as expected and no issues at all. However don't rely on the airport shuttle. I waited over an hour and two phone calls on arrival, and then after booking the shuttle to the airport for my early morning flight, went downstairs to discover the driver didn't show, they had no idea how to reach her, and gee, too bad so sad.

The stay was good and the room we ended up with was nice, but it was not the room we had reserved, they had an issue with a door lock, so we had to take another room.
