Everything was fairly clean but some things were a bit lacking. Breakfast was very minimal with not much in the way of hot food offerings. I don’t normally have trouble sleeping anywhere but I had a lot of trouble getting comfortable on the bed, and there weren’t a lot of pillows. And the room lights were this weird bright cool blue light that were hard on the eyes and somehow didn’t light the room very well. Just switch back to warm white bulbs please because the cool lights are very hard on the eyes.

Manager was not very helpful. Our room was not prepared. No shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, not even an half roll of toilet paper (3 adults and 4 nights stay) and only one lamp had a lightbulb. Went to front desk. Was told that they didn’t have any extra hair dryers and couldn’t accommodate. Asked where to complain, one magically appeared. No room service during the entire stay. Some of the staff seemed very rude. Did not feel safe in the area. Several scary looking individuals lurking around entrances.

The bed was clean but the carpet looked dirty and the room smelled. The hallways smelled like weed and nothing appeared clean. My refrigerator was stocked with someone else’s food which who knows how old it was. I felt somewhat unsafe in the parking lot. If it wasn’t prepaid I would have went somewhere else. I would not recommend this property.

Room service just need to clean better, or just do any sort of cleaning. They never cleaned the room while I was there, and as I was leaving and checking to make sure I didn’t leave anything behind I saw a lot of trash from previous guests under the beds. Tv channels were limited and didn’t have anything great.

"Lipstick in a pig" repairs. Refused to give me a reciept upon check out. Internet did not work. Front desk person told me, "not my job" when asked about options. Fleas in the bathroom because they were attracted to the light. Black mold on windows and bathroom ceiling and coming in thru the light switches. I only spent 7 hours there and couldnt leave fast enough.

Place was depressing, nothing around the area to do, low life people everywhere. Had to be moved twice do to the rooms stinking. Filthy, there was hair on countertops, fingerprints on mirror. Second room the a/c didn’t work, hotel Is owned by foreigners. And it was very low end. Expected much better. Would not recommend!!

It was the worst experience because the desk clerk wouldn’t take my ID and said it was fake. Needless to say I wasn’t able to get my room even though I’ve stayed there at least 15 times in the last 6 months. He got loud with me after denying my stay and then when I showed my disapproval he called the cops. Never in my 49 yrs have i experience such disrespect

Everyday had to have key rekeyed. Last morning there the rekeyed key never work. Alarm of some sort went off in the middle of the night, when asked at the front desk, no one seemed to have any idea about it. Fight in the hallway between 2 guest sat 2 am. Loud guest at 1 am.

PLEASE AVOID STAYING AT THIS MOTEL — 1/5 I rarely write reviews, but I’m posting this so others don’t repeat my mistake. During a layover I called Expedia to ask about changing my reservation. The agent checked with the hotel and said they wouldn’t cancel or refund. Fine—I thanked them and hung up. The booking should have stayed active. When I arrived, the place looked neglected: worn exterior, graffiti on doors, and a trash bag in the walkway. After waiting, the clerk told me my reservation had been canceled because “Expedia called earlier,” and the room was sold. That call was a question, not a cancellation. I rang Expedia again; they said they’d contact the hotel. Minutes later the clerk “found” a room and offered a free upgrade. The upgrade was awful. As soon as I opened the door, a strong odor hit me—like old pet urine in the carpet. I aired it out while running to Walmart; the smell didn’t fade. I went back to the desk and was told to try the room next door. The second room was musty, marginally better, and it was near 11 p.m., so I accepted it to sleep. Morning didn’t help. The in-room iron didn’t work, and calling the front desk went unanswered; I had to walk down to request a replacement. That matched the whole stay: understaffed and indifferent to basics. Bottom line: mishandled reservation, foul odors, visible neglect (trash and graffiti), and basic amenities not functioning. Budget does not mean dirty, unsafe, or evasive. Spend a little more and stay elsewhere
