Our stay was 3 nights, the room was never made up, and used towels from night one were never replaced! The hallway wall to our room looked like someone picked their noses and wiped the boogers on the wall! Carpets were dirty and spotted!

The front desk lady Kelly, not very knowledgeable and in turn helpful at all. I had paid through Expedia and she was insisting i pay again at the front desk because i need to use actual card to pay not virtual car. Expedia had already accepted my virtual card.

The room was clean and comfortable. The only negative was they didn’t clean our room second day we were there. Coming back in the evening is always great to have more towels and fresh sheets with clean lavatory is one of things I look forward to with my hotel stays.

I didn't stay at the hotel and had to change locations because the purpose of the stay was for the pool and it wasn't open or functional. Very disappointed to have lost money on this stay having no way to know this was the case until we arrived. I also tried 3 times to speak to a representative at your company and was unable to get through

Some cons: The trash at the entrance was always overflowing. The lady that worked in the morning was not very helpful I asked to be called or a text sent when my to would be ready and she just said “well no matter what it won’t be ready till after 3pm”. The lady that worked in the evening kept yawning while helping me she had to stop checking me in a yawn about 3 times (it was about 7pm). Neither lady greeted anyone while coming in and when we asked questions both seemed it was inconvenient to help us or anyone that asked questions. The gym was not very clean it needed a vacuuming and a wipe down. There were no disinfectant wipes so when we were done we couldn’t even wipe anything off. Pros: The lady that worked at the bar was nice and always greeted us she was way more friendly than the other two. The gym was nice and the equipment was in working order and there were many options. The room was clean and had shampoo, conditioner and body soap from Dry Bar so that was nice.
