I recently visited Okinawa in December 2023. My children and I stayed at the Yenn’s Marina Inn Mercy in Ginowan City. To say that our stay was enjoyable would be an understatement, because it was a wonderful experience! Over the years, I have stayed in various hotels. However, I must say that this Condominium Hotel was the best by far. The hotel was clean, efficient, and well-managed. The reason for this was most definitely their outstanding staff. The staff was attentive to our every need. They were professional and extremely friendly.
The staff went above and beyond to assist my family during a period when my daughter was sick. They provided soup and inquired about her well-being throughout. They were also extremely respectful and courteous during a visit from my children’s grandmother during our stay.
I cannot say enough about how wonderful the staff at Yenn’s Marina Inn Mercy was to me and my children during our stay. The level of customer service that they provided, in my opinion, is second to none. In the future, if you are traveling to Okinawa, I highly recommend that you stay at this hotel.
