Rihga Royal Gran was the best hotel during our recent visit to Okinawa — both in terms of location/acessibility and room! It was so spacious, clean and had a great view of the bay/port. There is also free coffee, water and amenities like skincare and mouthwash at the hotel reception area — as expected, the facial masks and mouthwash were often snapped up and not replenished lol. Only regret is that they dont have a public bath (all the smaller hotels we stayed at in Naha and Nago had onsen).

Everything was excellent. So easy to take the walkway from the Monorail to the hotel. Welcoming check in with a refreshing beverage. Fantastic room with lots of comfortable amenities. Pillow for the bath, luggage scale, laundry line, nightstand under mounted lighting so that you can locate your slippers. Comfy sofa, special extra bath salts in the lobby. Fantastic breakfast.

This hotel is amazing, they make you feel so important from the moment you check in to the moment you leave. The breakfast is very good with many options, the room is clean, the staff wonderful. I highly recommend staying here.

The rooms are big. The bathroom is also very big. The spacious shower is enjoyable to use. The toilet room is well designed and quiet. The view from the upper floors of this hotel is excellent. The Ryukyu bank building is across from the hotel, so the upper floors can see over the bank towards the port. However I think even the lower floors have views of the Kumoji and Kokuba rivers. The room is quiet, except you may hear ambulances and motorcycles with modified mufflers on hwy 58. But that's a problem for hotels all over central Naha. The police seem to ignore the problem, which is a disgrace to the city. The buffet is excellent with views from almost every table. The hotel location is perfect for the yui rail and taxis and you feel you are close to the water. Some people may prefer a location more central to Kokusaidori and the markets, but for me this location is preferable. Kokusaidori is too noisy. This location is more convenient for getting to the port ferries and the beach. Taxis are cheap and efficient.

Excellent services, the girls meeting us downstairs (lobby up level) were great and helpful. The lobby looks a bit congested with too many furnitures but people are very nice and helpful. The location is a bit far out so quite a bit of walk needed or taxi services. If there is a seperate star for bed, we will give it a 2 out of 5. It is way too soft and pillows are the same

I have stayed at the Rihga Royal a few times now for work. That staff are always professional and helpful as my Japanese is limited. The price reflects the stay. I have stayed at many Hotels in Naha and the location, food, rooms, staff, and ease of transportation at the Rihga is well worth the money.

Overall this stay was excellent, this is my third Rihga Royal property to stay at. This and the Tokyo properties were excellent. There were 2 points that I feel took away complete and total satisfaction. One was during check-in, I was only given 1 mornings' breakfast vouchers when I was supposed to receive 2, minor but had to take time out of my day to receive the other. The second was the breakfast buffet did not have an order station for eggs. My stay at other RR properties had that option and I assumed the same would be available there as well. I will most likely stay there on our next trip to Naha, as overall it was one of the best hotel experiences I have had and the best in Okinawa in the past 15 years of visiting there.

The breakfast each morning was an assortment of foods that captivatedd all types of appetites. The food was hot and plentiful. I will return to Naha and stay here again in the future.
