室内にある洗濯機、乾燥機が気兼ねなく使えるのはいいのですが、居間のすぐ横で、特に夜間子供を寝かせているときに音が気になるのと、すぐエラーコードが出て冷却運転を頻繁にしないといけないので手が離せませんでした。その他、キッチン用品などほぼ完備されていて近くの店で買ったものを食べるときなど重宝しました。
