Wi-Fiはありますが使えません。接続パスワードは教えてもらえますが繋がりません。子供の食事用の椅子をオーダーしましたが希望がかないませんでした。せめて、予約の段階で教えて欲しかったです。室内に蜘蛛の巣が張ってありました。和室の寝具は固く子供が何回も起きました。
