No air conditioning at all. Waiting for someone to come and fixed but never show up. The carper was wet from the air conditioning we couldn’t even step on it. Super hot!!!!

The room was cosy and spacious enough for 3 people. Location is excellent for old town and all places are close enough to walk.

Perfect stay on a great location with great host!

I'd say everything was as expected in other words perfect! The communication is great before the stay as there are some tricks if you arrive by car. So thank you once again for them for being very proactive! I have nothing bad to say, basically all is in place 👍

Otel genel olarak gayet iyi. Konumu iyi otopark konusunda yardımcı oluyorlar. Otel yetkilisi Vlatko harika bir insan, yardımcı oldu. Ancak otelde bir takım eksiklikler var. Oda da full halı var terlik olmalı ancak yok herkes ayakkabıyla giriyor. Tuvalet ve duş birlikte dizayn edilmiş ancak mesafe kısa bir duş perdesi veya paravan gerekli. Isıtıcı ve soba için personel ilgilendi ancak klima belki bizden kaynaklıdır çok ısıtmadı. Resepsiyondaki Personeller çok iyi ancak İngilizce veya Türkçe hiç bilmiyorlar sorun oldu. Çok olumsuz gözükebilir ama bence tercih edilebilir güzel bir otel ve hiç bir yerde görmediğimiz harika bir şarap mahzeni tarzında ufak bir bölüm var, istediğimiz içeceği içip dinlenebiliyoruz. Genel olarak gerçekten iyi bir otel.

Malheureusement il n'y a aucune chaise ou fauteuil ni bureau. Il faut déposer ses affaires par terre. Mais Vlatko est très gentil et pro actif. Par contre il n'est pas le propriétaire pour voir à ce genre de détails. La réception est toujours fermée (compréhensible) mais j'ai donc dû laisser la clé sous la paillasson.
