The location is great, as are all places on Route 1. Long walk to downtown Ogunquit, my wife and I didn't mind. The parking is very convenient and the pool was pristine. The staff could have been nicer, granted we were interacting during the wee hours of the night. The breakfast was okay, a nice surprise that they had it. The rooms are quite dated and there's a musty smell. While the charm of Maine remains, it could definitely use a bit of TLC. Would come again but would be more inclined to try something different.
