Clean & comfortable. The rooms were nice and the bed was comfortable. The location was great close enough to Downtown Ogunquit but far enough away from all the noise. The grounds were well maintained and had nice seating areas throughout. There was a nice pool also. I would highly recommend for families and couples. I traveled alone and felt very safe

A little dated, but clean

This hotel looked great in the pictures. But, it feels like an old Ramada Inn. It was clean but definitely dated. The continental breakfast was ok. The staff were super friendly. The bed's were old and almost felt like a waterbed when you first sat down on it. Probably would not stay here again.

We booked a deluxe king room and asked for a room without stairs. There are several buildings on the property, and our room was in a one-story building up a small hill and behind where you check-in. We were happy with our room, overall. It was clean and a little larger than a standard hotel room. The walls between the rooms were a bit thin, we could hear our neighbors talking in regular voices and trying to plug things into outlets on the shared wall, but that’s something we experience at many hotels. The only real negative for us was the breakfast - it was really subpar even for a cold continental breakfast. Everything was loaded with sugar, there was really no protein available, and the coffee was truly bad. We didn’t have a chance to use the pool or other facilities, so I can’t comment on those.
