Escape to Ogunquit in this spacious yet cozy 5-bedroom home!

Nestled in the woods, our home is located just a 10 minute walk from town and 15-20 minute walk from the beach. With two fully separate living areas—each with its own kitchen, bathrooms, and deck—it's ideal for 2–3 families traveling together. Once a cherished family home, it still carries that warm, lived-in charm that makes guests instantly feel at ease. Whether you're gathering after a day of sun and sand or simply enjoying the quiet of the trees, this retreat offers the perfect balance of space, comfort, and relaxation.

Our home sits at the top of a hill in the forest on a private gravel road. It offers a natural landscape full of quiet calm and unmanicured beauty. At night, you can hear the ocean waves, the rustling of leaves in the wind, and the crickets and frogs chirping. In the morning, you'll find that waking up in the woods is its own gift, with the birds singing and the sun streaming down through the trees. You can walk down our road for a delicious breakfast right at the bottom of the hill. There are several restaurants along this stretch of Ogunquit's main road that you'll have easy access to. Also at the bottom of the hill is a trolley stop, so you can choose to ride or walk to town, the beach, or Perkins Cove.

Wonderful house and excellent host. The house is laid out well with multiple places to sit and hang out and is beautifully filled with books and other nice things. The location feels private and quiet, and the walk into town or the beach is straightforward and not too far. The upstairs is also equipped with a small kitchen and den area, which was very helpful in giving a young family extra space within our party.

Plenty of space for our two families that stayed there. It’s basically two apartments and it gave adults and kids room to spread out and recharge after long beach days. I love when homes have some necessities left from previous guests, like baggies, salt, oil, etc, and we’re grateful this place always has plenty. The house even tends to stay very comfortable on hot days. Everything is within walking distance but the way the house is set in the trees, away from the road makes it feel like you’re miles away. It’s a great spot.
