The location was good and there was plenty of parking. We liked that our two rooms were next to each other. The heat and a/c worked well. Unfortunately, the room was old, dark and dingy. The shower head was weird. The beach was a farther walk than I thought it would be.

The property was impeccably clean and staff were very friendly. The room had all the essentials including fridge and microwave. It was super convenient to walk to the beach and there are some great restaurants near by. The beds were super comfy and the a/c and heater both came in handy with the weather changes.

The drive was too far from the main strip and hotel was very out dated. Indoor pool area was dirty. The staff were really nice ans accommodating and room was reasonably priced, but with having to pay parking expenses..it almost wasn't worth the savings on the room. Will know for the future.

we were here in the off season so the outdoor pool was closed but I am sure it would be nice in the summer. The location was convenient and easy to walk to restaurants and shopping.

The rooms were clean and good size. The hot water was very good. The pillows were small and soft, I like bigger pillows so used 3. Outlets to charge phones was limited. Either the bathroom or on the floor. Despite the negatives, I would stay here again. You can walk to the beach

Perfect

This was a wonderful quiet motel. Set on a quieter section of the road made it nice to be outside. They have chairs and benches on the property. It's also a quick walk to the beach which was also lovely. The room was very clean and the bed was like a cloud. There was enough of what you needed in the room with out being wasteful. The staff was so welcoming and helpful and appreciated us coming. I will definitely stay again if I'm up that way again.

Off Season but not Off Fun

First time staying at Ocean Acres after coming to Ogunquit for 10 years. We enjoyed our off season stay because the hotel is within walking distance of Foot Bridge Beach, how it is situated off the road (low road noise even with the windows open), the indoor and outdoor pools, the reasonable cost, it’s distance to DT Ogunquit and Wells, the laid back vibe, and the shower had great pressure and hot water. The bed mattress and sheets could have been improved but didn’t impact our happy stay. We plan to be back at Ocean Acres next year.
