Immaculate vacation rental with stunning mountain and lake views. 12 minutes from Powder Mountain Ski Resort, 15 minutes from Pineview Reservoir, and 30 minutes from Snowbasin Ski Resort. Mountain biking, hiking, skiing, boating, paddleboarding. Situated high in the hills of the Trapper's Ridge Community, the community includes a clubhouse with a gym and a seasonal swimming pool.

Designed to take advantage of the incredible views, you'll love the large windows. The living room features a gas fireplace, comfortable seating, open concept. Kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, dishes, spices, utensils, coffee, and other extras.

The master bedroom features picturesque views, a plush king bed, walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with double sinks, jetted tub, and separate shower. The second bedroom on this level is a queen with a full bathroom is located in the hallway.

Upstairs is another living space with amazing views of Pineview and the surrounding mountains. Bedroom space includes a bunkroom with 2 twin/twin bunk beds, and then a queen ensuite bedroom with peekaboo views of Pineview. A full bathroom is located just off of the living space.

Downstairs a large living area, a full kitchen, and two more lovely queen bedrooms. The dining area seats 4 and there's a game space with a ping-pong table and other fun games. Check out the back patio and enjoy the mountain views in your private hot tub!

Our ski group had a great time staying in Eden and skiing Powder Mt. The Trappers Lodge was the perfect place, clean, plenty of space, and beautiful views. House was exactly how it was described and we’re planning on going back again next year!!

We loved this home! 6 bedrooms & 5 bathrooms is perfect for us. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. Hot Tub is delightful. Great views. Close to Powder Mountain and Eden. Grocery store in Eden is 5 minutes away and pretty nice for a slightly remote location.we will stay here again!

Great for a large family (school aged kids) near Snowbasin

Worked well for our family of 8, including grandparents and kids (ages 6-10). Plenty of bathrooms. Hot tub was a plus. There was an issue with the hot tub when we arrived but it was immediately serviced and fixed (on a national holiday, no less), so kudos to the property managers (as this was a daily hit with the kids). The property shows some wear and tear (carpets, for example) but it didn't detract at all from the experience. Wonderful, quiet cul-de-sac in Eden. Easy 20-minute drive up to Snowbasin each morning. Have stayed in Mountain Luxury properties twice now and both times were great. Will stay again.

Fabulous stay in Eden

We were so pleased with the house. The view was spectacular and all of the features were tremendous. Every family member enjoyed the stay!! The location was great; so close to the ski resorts. We really enjoyed the hot tub and took advantage of the work-out facility at the clubhouse.. The fireplace was so warm and comforting. The jetted tub in the master suite was great!

Great Thanksgiving

Had our Thanksgiving get together here. It worked great. House was nicely stocked. Great location, convenient market not far aware. Ordered pizza at a local place and the food and service were great. We’ll totally look at staying again :)
