The pool had an outdoor patio area which was really cool. Staff was very prompt on restocking items (in the pool and the rooms) and at the concierge counter.

At check-in staff treated it like a chore to do their job. Our first room smeeld significantly like cigarette smoke and had a dirty bathroom. The phone wasn’t even connected to the wall. When we walked down to the front desk they were rude but eventually gave us a different room. Second room has lumpy beds and a mildew smell. Breakfast was ok but super crowded and staff had trouble keeping food stocked.
