Great place will be back!

This place was actually super great, clean. The beds are so comfortable even the pillows were good. Did give it a 4 the hot tub and sauna were out of order and looked tp have been that way awhile. Super close to Red Rocks we were there for a concert!

Complete waste

Made the reservation for one night at 9:30pm. Arrived at 11:20. Stood outside waiting to even get into the building as the front doors were locked for a good 5-8ish minutes. Finally got inside only for the clerk to tell me he couldn’t find my reservation. Tried to show him the confirmation number and the confirmation email. And was promptly told “that information does not help me. I can only look it up by last name you’re not in here”. Then went to help the next person that walked in after us. No “how can help fix this. Let me look.” NOTHING!! Ended up leaving and having to drive another hour down the road to get to the next available hotel. Never got to stay, wouldn’t want to after that.

The motel is pet friendly with a large pet area, unfortunately it had puncture weeds and my dog got thorns in her feet. The room was clean, butbthe shower was awful. There was mildew all over the tiles. The water pressure was painfully hard and the tub would not drain. I appreciate that usually the complaint is lack of water pressure, but this was like showering with a pressure washer. The positive was that the staff were very friendly and helpful.

This was probably the nicest Motel 6 I've ever stayed at! The staff was super nice, and the room was very clean. I appreciate being able to bring my cats for no extra charge!
